The Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland first launched the IHA in 2017 as a first-of-its-kind, metrics-based framework to integrate information from authoritative databases across the I&MS enterprise... The IHA tool can help assess the overall health of various installation and mission support program areas across major commands.
