COVID-19 Response

We are implementing additional health protection measures to minimize foot traffic throughout the organization and help to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, enabling us to better preserve the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff.

BAMC Pharmacies have instituted a mandatory drop-off prescription process and call-in refill process in order to reduce patient presence in Pharmacy waiting areas. All new hard copy or electronically prescribed medications activated before noon will be ready for pick up after 2 p.m. the same day. All new hard copy or electronically prescribed medications activated after noon will be ready for pick up after 10 a.m. the next duty day. All refills must be called in through AudioCare at 1-800-469-7170. If you need to request that your electronically prescribed medication(s) sent in from your provider be filled, please call ahead to your BAMC Pharmacy of choice so a staff member can begin processing your prescriptions before you go to the pharmacy. You will then receive an estimated pick up time at the pharmacy. Calling ahead for your prescriptions will reduce your wait at the pharmacy.
