Welcome to the Joint Base San Antonio Pharmacy Website!

We strive to provide you and your family the most efficient and safest services possible. This website has been created to answer some of the more frequently asked questions and provide information to help you have a successful and enjoyable visit to our pharmacy.

COVID-19 Response

We are implementing additional health protection measures to minimize foot traffic throughout the organization and help to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, enabling us to better preserve the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff.

BAMC Pharmacies have instituted a mandatory drop-off prescription process in order to reduce patient presence in Pharmacy waiting areas. There will be a one hour turn-around time on all new hard copy or electronically prescribed medications. If you need to request that your electronically prescribed medication(s) sent in from your provider be filled, or if you need a refill of an existing medication, please call ahead to your BAMC Pharmacy of choice so a staff member can begin processing your prescriptions before you go to the pharmacy. You will then receive an estimated pick up time at the pharmacy. Calling ahead for your prescriptions will reduce your wait at the pharmacy.

Consider using home delivery to conveniently access your maintenance medications (drugs regularly taken for a chronic condition) without leaving your house. Visit https://militaryrx.express-scripts.com/home-delivery for more information.

The safety and wellbeing of our patients, staff and family members is our top priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resume our normal operations soon. Thank you for your support and patience!
