Decorating for Fiesta

Karen Lachat, education services officer, pauses with several Fiesta-decorated hats during Randolph Education Services office's hat decorating contest recently. Education partners Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Wayland Baptist University collaborated on how to kick of the week-long Fiesta celebration. Several colleges and universities entered the hat contest, with eight hats adorning festive ornaments and decorative creations.
