1. Call us at 210-292-9995, option 3 and follow prompts to have your prescriptions transferred.
a. Call volumes vary, please leave us a message and we will return your phone call as soon as we can.
2. Let us take care of getting your prescription information.
a. JBSA Pharmacies will transfer all eligible prescriptions (controlled & non-controlled) from another pharmacy (on or off base) into our facility upon verification from the original pharmacy.
b. Transfers into JBSA Pharmacies will be done during normal duty hours and require three working days to complete.
3. We will deliver your medications for pick up at any one of our JBSA Pharmacies for your convenience.
