Randolph ISD freshman earns AETC Youth of the Year

Jacqueline Van Ovost, 12th Flying Training Wing commander, reads the Air Education and Training Command's Youth of the Year winner's plaque to Natalie Ruiz-Castillo, a Randolph High School student, during a presentation May 22. Natalie was selected as Randolph's Youth of the Year and went on to win the command-level award. She will join other award winners at North Carolina State University's Gen. H.
