Air Force officials are revising the current fitness policy to promote a year-round fitness culture to include: increasing test frequency to twice a year, raising the weight of the aerobic portion of the test from 50 to 60 percent and implementing a minimum score for each component (while maintaining a 75 or above overall score). Randolph ISD freshman earns AETC Youth of the Year

Jacqueline Van Ovost, 12th Flying Training Wing commander, reads the Air Education and Training Command's Youth of the Year winner's plaque to Natalie Ruiz-Castillo, a Randolph High School student, during a presentation May 22. Natalie was selected as Randolph's Youth of the Year and went on to win the command-level award. She will join other award winners at North Carolina State University's Gen. H. Shelton Leadership Challenge Institute for a conference July 26-31. She is the daughter of Capt.
