The Air Force Personnel Center has expanded the capabilities of myPers to be accessed anywhere, anytime and from any device.

Mobile access
Active duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and civilian personnel, in addition to retirees and family members, can now access myPers on a mobile-friendly platform. By properly setting up access with a username and password, individuals can view some important information without a CAC-enabled desktop computer.

When using a username and password, two-factor-authentication requirement applies. The username is only valid for myPers, external sites may have different login procedures.

For more details about the new process, log into myPers and access the myPers Mobile Capability article.

Live chat
In order to provide better service to Airmen, AFPC’s Total Force Service Center, or TFSC has launched a new “live chat” feature. The chat feature will be supported from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Phone assistance
For assistance at other times, call TFSC via phone 210-565-0102.  Staff support 24-hour phone lines most days of the year.  The office is closed on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
