U.S. Army North gets assist from Logistics Civil Augmentation Program in Puerto Rico relief efforts

Shown is a part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force power project. LOGCAP provided logistics support to the downloading of ships at the Port of Ponce in Puerto Rico. This sea port served as a debarkation point for receipt, inventory and issue of electrical materials used in the reconstruction of the electrical grid.

Rodriguez, an education services specialist assigned to Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, welcomes teams, coaches and parents to the Georgetown SeaPerch Underwater Robotics Challenge Regional Competition held at the Georgetown Recreation Center. The Navy Recruiting Command Southwest Region City Outreach Program, in cooperation with the Georgetown Independent School District and NRD San Antonio, hosted the regional qualifier. The competition consisted of three evolutions: speed obstacle course, challenge course and interview/presentation.

Senior leaders from partner nations in Central America, participated in the premier engagement between Army South staff and CENTAM senior intelligence and operations officers. Held annually, the meeting promotes mutual security interests and interoperability.
