Fitness center’s 100-Ton Club seeks new members Feb. 15

Fitness buffs whose regimen includes weight training will have an opportunity to do some heavy lifting and join an exclusive club Feb. 15 at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph’s Rambler Fitness Center. For the fifth straight year, the fitness center is offering membership to the 100-Ton Club to Department of Defense cardholders. There’s only one requirement, but it is to lift 100 tons of weight that day using free weights or any plate-loaded machine.

JBSA unites to address teen dating violence

Joint Base San Antonio will confront the problem of teen dating violence with an array of activities in February, including a JBSA-wide parent and teen workshop set for Feb. 25 at the JBSA-Randolph Chapel Annex. The workshop and four other events at JBSA-Randolph are part of JBSA’s Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month observance.
