Liddick retires, reflects on time at BMT

Base, California. In 1987, she received her bachelor of science in nursing
from West Chester University, Pennsylvania, and was commissioned in the Air
Force in May 1989. James received her master of education in exercise
science and wellness from Wichita State University, Kansas, in 2001. James
is board-certified in nursing administration and has held various clinical
