Gen. Alberto Jose Mejia, Colombian National army commander addresses members of the Conference of the American Armies during a specialized conference that took place in Bogota, Colombia Sept. 19-23. The purpose of the conference is to address various concerns that effect multiple countries from both North and South America. The conference is made up of more than 20 members, will other countries attending as observers.
