Alamo Wing flight surgeon receives prestigious fellowship
September 30, 2021 — A 433rd Aerospace Medicine Squadron flight surgeon at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland recently received the prestigious honor of qualifying for a Royal Society of Arts fellowship in August. 433rd Airlift Wing assists 920th Rescue Wing's Exercise Distant Horizon
August 19, 2021 — In less than 24 hours, the 920th Recue Wing, based at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, personnel mobilized, maneuvered across 4,700 miles, established a forward operating base, and postured to conduct rescue raid events as a self-sustained encampment for seven days. Strategic airlift from the 433rd Airlift Wing at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland and the 436th Airlift Wing at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, conducted rapid transport of the Rescue Force to the remote island location that is part of the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry Division training area...
