Decorating for Fiesta

Education partners Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Wayland Baptist University collaborated on how to kick of the week-long Fiesta celebration. Several colleges and universities entered the hat contest, with eight hats adorning festive ornaments and decorative creations.
