Buchanan, commander, U.S. Army North, gave the opening remarks to the emergency preparedness liaison officers, or EPLOs, at the annual Joint Defense Support of Civil Authorities Preparedness Workshop held May 15-19 in San Antonio. The workshop brought EPLOs together to share ideas and better prepare for disaster response.
