With one week to go in the Division I (National League) basketball intramural regular season, the 737th Training Group has moved into first place with a 7-1 record.
TRG moved to the top of the table after they defeated Air Force Information Operations Center 55-39 Feb. 8 at the Chaparral Fitness Center. Antonio Holmes led TRG with 11 points, while both Saul Bookman and Ryan Nichols scored 10.
Because of their loss to TRG, AFIOC settled into second place at 6-2.
The playoffs for the Lackland base basketball intramural championship begin Feb. 21.
