JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas –
U.S. Space Force officials have selected 14 senior master sergeants and 30 master sergeants for promotion in the 23S9 and 24S8 promotion cycles, respectively.
The statistics for each cycle:
- 23S9: Out of 54 eligible Guardians, 25.93% were selected. The average overall score for those selected was 381.42. Selectees averaged 3.18 years in their current grade and 20.91 years of service.
- 24S8: Out of 423 eligible Guardians, 7.09% were selected. The average overall score for those selected was 389.88. Selectees averaged 5.04 years in their current grade and 17.89 years of service.
