Airmen who will soon complete Airmen’s Week listen as Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James addresses them Aug. 27, 2015, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland’s Pfingston Reception Center. The Airmen received a copy of Air Force Instruction 1-1, better known as the Little Blue Book. The book will be distributed to all new Airmen before transitioning to technical training and available online through Air Force e-publishing.
