Ruck march spanning 11 days, 830 miles, honors fallen special tactics Airmen

Hundreds of Special Tactics (ST) Airmen and Special Warfare trainees gathered early morning to begin an 830-mile ruck march across five states in tribute to U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Dylan J. Elchin, along with 19 other ST Airmen, who have been killed in action since 9/11, Feb. 22, 2019, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Medina Annex.

59th Medical Wing supports Hurricane Harvey relief efforts

More than 70-members of the Air Force’s flagship medical wing were mobilized to provide medical attention to the 6 million residents of the greater Houston area, after the city suffered catastrophic flooding due to Hurricane Harvey.
