JBSA leaders signed a proclamation marking Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month at an April 3 ceremony held at the Medical Education and Training Campus Student Academic Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. Signing the proclamation (from left) are Rear Adm.
