RANK/NAME: Tech. Sgt. Todd Gonsalves
UNIT: 319th Training Squadron/PACER FORGE
DUTY TITLE: Operations Site Manager
Tech. Sgt. Todd Gonsalves selflessly spearheaded support for two families recovering from life-altering issues by raising $1,400 in mortality expenses of a spouse and managing donations, prepared meals, and delivery of 56 pounds of food across two local hospitals. Gonsalves also organized a squadron clothing drive for the San Antonio Women's Shelter by collecting 133 articles of cold-weather clothing, which provided 100 local community families access to attire replacement during the holidays. He led an 11-member team in the first Joint 737th Training Group holiday party for five units in organizing a $21,000 holiday celebration. His expertise was vital in providing a seamless event with gifts, dinner, and music for more than 200 members.

UNIT: 502d Security Forces Squadron
DUTY TITLE: Installation Patrolman
Staff Sgt. Dauna Anderson-Johnson identified a teammate displaying suicidal indicators. She escorted the member to the ER, providing eight hours of emotional support, while continuously advocating for a spot in an outpatient program, potentially saving the member's life. Anderson-Johnson supported a domestic assault victim through medical, legal and FAP processes. She continuously followed up to ensure the Airmen stayed in control of the process and synched with leadership to ensure a smooth transition back to duty. As a supervisor to 10 Airmen, she selflessly dedicated her time to four volunteer events led by her Airmen. Collectively, they sorted 15,700 pounds of food, collected 1,600 pounds of clothes for homeless, and amassed 10 bags of toys over the holidays.

DUTY TITLE: NCOIC, Intel Support to Info Ops
Staff Sgt. Thrisia Geronimo dedicated 252 hours more than 12 weeks to caring for an Airman and her child following an incapacitating injury; she traveled 82 miles per day to work and daycare, while also advocating her Airman's healthcare shortfalls with the MTF. Geronimo addressed unit sponsorship gaps by creating the first flight program which included SOPs, in-processing checklists and an initial orientation plan. She coached three sponsors to effectively welcome eight first-term Airmen in three months. She guided three new Airmen in acquiring driver licenses, purchasing vehicles, and creating work transportation plans. She reduced their interdependence, lessened the burden on four wingmen and promoted a culture of accountability.

During off-duty hours, Staff Sgt. Adam Luszczak responded to an Airman's emergency by prioritizing the member and family's welfare, immediately coordinating with the squadron first sergeant in vital resource allocation and conducting daily check-ins to ensure the member's safety. Luszczak facilitated an Airman's flight reintegration and reenlistment following a high-risk medical procedure by driving administrative role synchronization, leading to a seamless transition and member's continued service without delay. He also collaborated with first sergeant to secure early Airman Leadership School enrollment for a staff sergeant-select, managed deconfliction of key training schedules, and ensured on-time rank ascension despite challenges with a high line number and an upcoming six-month temporary duty assignment.

DUTY TITLE: Military Training Leader
Staff Sgt. Austin Schubert fueled Second Air Force exodus actions for 653 Airmen. He delivered 17 briefs, approved 189 travel packages, safeguarding $200,000 in travel costs, powering the rapid departure of 545 Airmen in training in three days for MWR holiday block leave. Schubert piloted the creation of a 48-hour annual remedial PT program for 4,800 Airman, increasing PT appraisal pass rates to 98% across three squadrons, ensuring unit readiness and the highest level of fit-to-fight airman produced. He led 15 MTLs during a health, morale, and wellness inspection for a $93 million building, identifying hazardous black mold, cleaning and placing 25 rooms in service improving overall quality of life changes for 50 Airman.

DUTY TITLE: NCOIC, Magnetic Resonance Imaging
As squadron booster club president, Staff Sgt. Clancy S. Taylor oversaw six committee members, raised $1,700 to fund eight morale events for 104 medics and led a hospital suicide awareness campaign, enhancing support and camaraderie for 160 59th Medical Wing staff and patients. Taylor, along with the Department of Defense Aerospace Medical Research team, fueled a $4 million injury detection project by providing three months of MRI data and executing 288 studies, leading the team to achieve national physical therapy rehab breakthroughs. Completing a five-day wing professional development course, Clancy led eight discussion groups for 40 Airmen and also coordinated with the Air Force Mission Support Center to hold a squadron AFFORGEN seminar, fueling readiness for 37 medics.

RANK/NAME: Senior Airman Haylee E. Phillips
UNIT: 531st Intelligence Squadron
DUTY TITLE: Network Infrastructure Technician
Senior Airman Haylee E. Phillips directed a 22-member team in the installation's "We Care Day" suicide awareness rally. She led sign crafting and wrote up supportive messages promoting mental health for 46,000 total force members and families at JBSA-Lackland. Phillips recognized shift workers who were unable to attend a squadron morale event. She coordinated with the 543rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group Chaplain and Ops Medical Element teams, delivering meals to 19 active duty and National Security Agency employees, fostering unit inclusivity. She also mentored an Airman after a failed physical fitness assessment, creating a 90-day meal and workout plan, and provided hands-on personal training, surging the Airman's score from 31 to 86, enhancing their health and mission readiness.

UNIT: 367th Cyberspace Operations Squadron
DUTY TITLE: Threat Analyst
Airman 1st Class Dylan Richards voluntarily provided daily transportation to and from the dorms for a fellow Airman for two months. He dedicated 20 personal hours to ensuring transport to work and home, preventing tardiness and missed appointments. As a holiday party committee chair of a seven-member team, Richards managed a $12,000 budget and assisted with inter-unit childcare. His efforts led to the increased morale for 448 total force members and strengthened unit relations. He also volunteered 24 hours as a judge for 145 contestants at the National Sporting Clays Championship in support of the unit booster club. His efforts helped raise $1,900 in funds for the unit's holiday party for 179 members and their families.
