BASTROP, Texas –
Members of the U.S. Air Force 149th Medical Group at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, and the U.S. Army's 454th Engineer Company, from San Angelo, Texas, took part in a training exercise at Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas, on April 13, 2024.
The training is meant to represent a real world chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear attack, or CBRN, response to keep guard members mission ready.
The training involved emergency medical response, search and rescue operations, and CBRN exercises.
