MEDIA ADVISORY: JBSA, USO host WWE superstars for tour, interactive events

502nd Air Base Wing Public Affairs

Joint Base San Antonio and the 502d Air Base Wing leaders are set to host several WWE Superstars and staff members for a series of tours and interactive events, in partnership with the USO and the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Boys and Girls Club of America, at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Jan. 26.

WWE talent will take a tour of several medical training facilities to meet service members and learn about the JBSA training mission. The Medical Education and Training Campus will provide an opportunity for the wrestlers to witness medical training for each of the service branches.

WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and fellow WWE superstars Braun Strowman, Omos, Bayley and Baron Corbin will be on site to accompany any interested media and service members on the tour. WWE Superstar and U.S. Marine veteran Lacey Evans will also be on the tour and available for interviews.

Around 4 p.m., a separate group of WWE superstars will host a ‘Be A STAR’ rally at the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston Boys & Girls Club of America. WWE’s Raw Women’s champion Bianca Belair and fellow WWE superstars Liv Morgan, Doudrop, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins will be on site to join more than 70 members of the San Antonio Boys & Girls Club in an event promoting emotional intelligence, bullying prevention, and community connection.
