67th Cyberspace Wing welcomes new commander

Col. Bradley Pyburn relinquished command of the 67th Cyberspace Wing to Col. Melissa Cunningham during a ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland June 20.

Maj. Gen. Chris Weggeman, Air Forces Cyber commander, presided over the ceremony.

Pyburn is departing for the Pentagon to become the next senior executive officer for the vice chief of staff of the Air Force. Cunningham hails from the 688th Cyberspace Wing at JBSA-Lackland, where she was the vice commander.

 

Comprised of more than 2,000 Airmen, civilians, and contractors across three operations groups with 26 units at seven locations worldwide, the 67th CW conducts network operations, defense, attack, and exploitation in service of the Air Force, combatant commands and national agencies.
