433rd AW Airmen, Marines work together to deploy equipment, personnel

U.S. Marines and Airmen assist in loading a UH-1Y Venom into C-5M Super Galaxy at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, Sept. 16. The C-5M was a visiting U.S. Air Force aircraft from 433rd Airlift Wing at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, and was here as part of a dual service training exercise.

Teleconferencing program gives Air Force dietitians a broader reach

The tele-MNT program uses a hub-and-spoke model that allows registered dietitian nutritionists to provide nutrition education to beneficiaries at installations that do not have an RDN. Operation Supplement Safety provides up-to-date information

Operation Supplement Safety, an ongoing program under the Consortium for Health and Military Performance at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, provides military service members and their families, healthcare providers, and leaders, up-to-date information about dietary supplements. Dietary supplements refer to any vitamin, mineral, botanical, amino acid, or substance taken by mouth and labeled on the front of the product stating it’s a dietary supplement.

Air Force fields new hiring process for new first sergeants

Air Force has removed the first sergeant from Developmental Special Duty and has implemented a new hiring process for new first sergeants. The new hiring process will simply be known as the First Sergeant Assignments Program.
