JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas - Jeff Tietz (right), CRAFT strength and conditioning coach overlooks and motivates a group of undergraduate flying training students during circuit drills at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph. The Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training, or CRAFT program is designed to prepare future student pilots with the life skills development to support long-term health and wellness. It also equips students with tools to take ownership of their training by effectively self-evaluating performance and better managing setback and failures; and to provide one-on-one or group training strategies.
