Leaders from Headquarters, Headquarters Battalion, U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) toured the Center for the Intrepid facility at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Aug. 10 learning about the importance of support and care provided to wounded warriors. The facility’s capabilities include state-of-the-art technologies designed to be used for rehabilitation, research, education and training. CFI maintains the military’s readiness by providing care, treatment and training to assist service members with rehabilitation to maximize their potential and reintegrate them back to the force.
