March 2, 2017
Boy Scouts from Troop 23 present their case to Judge Jefferson Moore, 186th Judicial District Judge, and Col. Roger Shuck, Troop 23 Scout Master and U.S. Army South Inspector General, during a mock trial at the Main Post Chapel Feb. 26.
