Language Enabled Airman Program opens to select Air National Guard AFSCs
October 30, 2024 — The Air Force Culture and Language Center has announced that the Language Enabled Airman Program, or LEAP, has been authorized by the Department of the Air Force Senior Language Authority in partnership with the Commander Air National Guard Readiness Center to board and select Air National Guard members in specific AFSCs into the program. Local Air Force LEAP scholar earns Navy Achievement Medal
November 25, 2020 — Earlier this year, Senior Master Sgt. Selma Stinson, a Language Enabled Airman Program, or LEAP, scholar, was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for Spanish language support on the USNS Comfort in Santa Marta, Colombia, in November 2019.
