Brig. Gen. Bill Boruff welcomes Army contracting leaders from throughout the Mission and Installation Contracting Command March 6 and sets expectations for the three-day 2018 Acquisition Leaders Training Event at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. More than 60 leaders from the MICC headquarters and its subordinate organizations throughout the country are participating in the ALTE. Boruff is the MICC commanding general.
