Chapel seeks qualified applicants to fill several job openings

The Randolph Air Force Base chapel currently has positions available. Statements of work with full specifications and qualifications along with bid documents can be obtained at the chapel center, Bldg. 103. Bids and resumes are due by 3 p.m. on Sept. 5 and interviews will be conducted Sept. 9-12.

Qualified applicants will be notified of specific interview dates and times. Basis of award is on the best value to the government. Background checks will be conducted upon contract award.

The following positions are available at the Randolph Air Force Base chapel:
· Protestant traditional choir director - Directs choir for the Sunday 8:15 a.m. traditional worship service
· Inspirational praise and worship choir director - Directs choir, praise team, children's choir and men's ensemble for the Sunday 10:45 a.m. IPW service
· Multimedia technician - Sound board and computer monitor for the Sunday 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Protestant services
· Protestant Women of the Chapel children's ministries coordinator - Provides children's church and crafts during PWOC meetings and assemblies
· Protestant parish coordinator - Coordinates and plans Protestant programs (PWOC, religious education, etc.)
· Catholic religious education coordinator - Coordinates and plans religious education for the Catholic community
· Catholic parish coordinator - Coordinates Catholic programs (worship, liturgical and laity programs, etc.)

Skill demonstration will be required for the following positions: 

· Protestant traditional service accompanist - Plays organ and piano for the Sunday 8:15 a.m. traditional worship service
· IPW accompanist - Plays keyboard and piano for the Sunday 10:45 a.m. IPW Service
· Catholic accompanist -Plays organ and piano for Catholic services
· Catholic music director - Coordinates Catholic music for all Catholic services
