Photo essay: Lackland AirFest 2010

Aerial acrobatics showcasing the military's might and highlighting airpower heritage dazzled a crowd of more than 574,000 people Nov. 6 and 7 during Lackland AirFest 2010.

Coinciding with San Antonio's year-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of military flight in Texas, the show commemorated the accomplishments of military aviation with a wide variety of aerial performances and static displays composed of past and present military aircraft.
