Service member found dead at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas – A service member was found dead at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston Dec. 4, 2023.

The service member’s name is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.

The incident is under investigation.
