Annual hearing readiness appointments can now be scheduled online via the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.
The Army Hearing Program clinic is located at the McWethy TMC Medical Readiness Clinic (South Entrance), 3051 Garden Ave, building 1279 at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, on the corner of Schofield Road and Garden Avenue. Patients can enter through the left entrance.
Appointments are scheduled via the Consult Appointment Management Office line at 210-916-9900 or online via the MHS Genesis Patient Portal Walk-in hours for active duty in training status only are from 6:15-7:15 a.m. weekdays.
