JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas –
The San Antonio Air Force community celebrates the 75th birthday of the Air Force and the Air Force Ball is the single annual event that invites the greater Military City USA community to celebrate the birth of the Air Force and toast San Antonio as the "Gateway to the Air Force."
The ball takes place Sept. 17 with the social at 6 p.m. and the main event at 7 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, located at 900 E. Market St.
The Joint Base San Antonio Air Force Ball 2022 features guest speaker retired Col. Cesar "Rico" Rodriguez. The theme of this year's Air Force Ball is "Proud Past, Promising Future". The ball allows us to connect, engage and boost morale among the active duty, reservists, civilians, and our private sector partners to foster an ongoing kinship within our Military City USA community.
The ball is open to all, tickets are limited and need to be purchased by Sept. 1. Military attire is mess dress/semi-formal and civilian attire is formal (tuxedo/black tie/business attire/evening gown/cocktail dress. Click here for ticket information.
