Get answers to pharmacy questions at TRICARE May 19 webinar

By TRICARE Communications

Do you have questions about your pharmacy benefit? Maybe you want to learn more about your options for filling your prescriptions or resources to help make managing your prescriptions easier.

Join the “Get the Most from Your TRICARE Pharmacy Benefits” webinar on May 19, from 1 to 2 p.m. ET, to get answers to your questions. You must register to participate.

“The May 19 webinar isn’t just for those who are new to the TRICARE Pharmacy Program,” said U.S. Public Health Service Cmdr. Teisha Robertson, a pharmacist with the Defense Health Agency’s Pharmacy Operations Division. “Even long-time TRICARE beneficiaries will find this webinar helpful. We’ll explore how your pharmacy benefit works, what it covers, and online tools to help you manage your pharmacy benefits.”

Express Scripts administers the TRICARE Pharmacy Program. As described in the TRICARE Pharmacy Program Handbook, the TRICARE Pharmacy Program provides prescription drug coverage for all TRICARE beneficiaries. Your coverage is the same regardless of your TRICARE health plan, unless you have the US Family Health Plan (USFHP). If you have USFHP, you aren’t eligible for the TRICARE pharmacy benefit. You must use USFHP pharmacy providers.

For those using the TRICARE Pharmacy Program, the webinar will address topics, including:

A Q&A session will follow the presentation. If you want to participate, make sure you register for the May 19 webinar. Registration for the webinar is limited.
