The 688th Cyberspace Wing hosted Col. Heather Blackwell, HQ Air Combat Command A6 Director of Cyberspace & Info Dominance, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Nov. 18.
Blackwell toured multiple squadrons within the wing to discuss the transformation of security operations and new levels of partnership.
Blackwell, who was once a captain in the 33rd Network Warfare Squadron, visited the unit for a mission brief and a dialogue with squadron members on the operations floor.
As a parting tradition, Blackwell placed her dog tags with previous captain rank on the Griffin -- the squadron mascot.
