Chief Master Sergeant Sharon Lamb Fuller is the Command Chief
Master Sergeant for the 37th Training Wing, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland,
Texas. She is the primary advisor to the commander on all matters affecting the
quality, welfare, morale, management and leadership of more than 3,000
permanent personnel and more than 10,000 student personnel. She assists the
installation commander in ensuring the success of four primary training
missions graduating more than 85,000 students annually. The Wing encompasses 9
wing staff agencies, three groups, two academies and a center that operates
from 10 geographically separated locations.
Chief Fuller
entered the Air Force on October 27, 1989. After basic training, she graduated
from the personnel specialist technical school at Keesler Air Force Base,
Mississippi. Her assignment background
includes a myriad of personnel duties at the squadron, wing, field operating
agency and numbered air force levels.
She also completed two special duty assignments; one as a Military
Training Instructor and the second as an instructor at the Goodfellow NCO
Academy. Her deployment experience includes tours in Saudi Arabia and Kyrgyzstan
in support of OPERATIONS SOUTHERN WATCH and ENDURING FREEDOM and trips to Uruguay,
Peru and Trinidad in support of President of the United States (POTUS)
activities.
