To help mitigate possible resurgence of COVID-19, the JBSA-Military & Family Readiness Centers will continue to provide a full menu of virtual services and support. Our operational status and in-person services will continue to change based on guidance from public health officials and in alignment with current JBSA HPCON measures. Classes, workshops, one-on-one appointments and general information is offered through a variety of virtual avenues during our normal business hours.

Prior to visiting any of our Military & Family Readiness Centers, call to confirm operational status. When leaving a message, include your name, phone number and details about the service you are requesting.

As part of the 502 Air Base Wing and the 802nd Force Support Squadron, the JBSA-Military & Family Readiness Centers incorporate Airman & Family Readiness, Army Community Service (ACS) and Fleet & Family Support providing a full range of programs and services to support mission readiness.

One of our major functions is linking service members and their families with the right resources to meet their specific needs on JBSA or within the local community. We offer a variety of trainings, workshops, and one-on-one consultations to supports individuals, families, and leadership with programs that strengthen our communities, encourage self-sufficiency, enhance mission readiness and resiliency, and ease adaptation to the military way of life.

One-on-one consultations are available by appointment. Briefings, group or unit training's at alternate locations are available by request.

Services provided by JBSA-Military & Family Readiness are open to all branches of services, active duty, reservists, National Guard, retirees, surviving spouses, their families, and DoD civilians employees, unless otherwise stated.

MILITARY & FAMILY LIFE COUNSELORS (MFLCs):
MFLCs are licensed professionals who provide confidential situational, problem-solving counseling. No written records are kept, and it is free to active duty military and their family members.
