No electricity, backed-up toilet/tub, leaking A/C, major leak from sink, toilet and tub are considered emergencies.  If the Facility Manager is off duty, contact the CQ at the Okubo Barracks at (210)916-1156.  They will call in your emergency request.

The Facility Manager / SDNCO will not allow the technicians to perform any work if the area is unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible.  If the suite/Dorm is found in any of these conditions, the service request will be cancelled.  The First Sergeant will be notified and the resident will have to reschedule after the room is cleaned/accessible.
