Women's History Month commentary: Leading by inspiration and leaving a legacy

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Women's History Month originated in 1981 when congress passed Public law 97-28, which authorized and requested the President to proclaim the week beginning March 7, 1982, as "Women's History Week." This year for Women's History Month, three outstanding military Air Force women stationed at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland were interviewed: (from left) Staff Sgt. Latosha Ross, 737 Training Support Squadron; Master Sgt. Sabrina Martin, 737th TRSS; and Tech. Sgt. Jennyeka Stringfield, 321st Training Squadron.
