JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas - Col. Richard Wallace, 960th Cyber Operations Group commander, presents a rudis sword to Lt. Col. Jarvis Croff, outgoing commander of the 960th Operations Support Flight, during the 960th OSF change of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Feb. 5, 2023. The rudis sword is the first produced locally and will be engraved with Lt. Col. Croff’s name, unit, and several inspirational quotes.
