Kragh is one of several Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston trauma physicians, nurses and medics who are going to area schools to provide training to school personnel, including teachers and nurses, on the basics of treating a bleeding injury. A new state law that went into effect this year requires that school personnel and students be trained and prepared in the basics of treating an injury in the event of an emergency.
