Randolph AFB, TX, 23 September 2010: Master Sergeant John Bertram, US Army retired, has his hair cut by Moses Vrquiza who has been cutting hair on Randolph since 1962 while Rudy Alvarado, a barber on Randolph 39 years, cuts Senior Master sergeant (ret.) Alvin Bible, prior to the retirement of Mr. Vrquiza and Mr. Alvarado on 30 September 2010. SMSgt (ret.) Bible has been getting his hair cut at the club barber shop for 25 years as an active duty member, a civil servant and retiree and MSgt.
