Dumbbell single-arm row
Grab a dumbbell with left hand and place right hand and right knee on a flat bench. Lower back should be naturally arched and torso roughly parallel to the floor. Keep upper arm perpendicular to body and row the weight toward side of chest. Pause, then return to starting position. Complete all reps, then switch sides and repeat. ( U. S.
