MWD hospital keeps canine warriors fit for duty

Previously, SStash has been unable to put weight on his injured leg, so the leg brace will help speed his recovery.

"Kvido",Border Patrol K9, returns to fit-for-duty status after a 'first-of-its-kind' surgery to repair the degenerative lumbosacral stenosis performed by Dr. James Giles of the South Texas Veterinary Specialist in San Antonio, Texas.
