IAAFA counter-terrorism symposium delivers crucial lesson

Bilateral Army Staff Talks Executive Meeting in Bogota, Colombia April 14. The framed photo is significant since it was taken when Mejia was in Washington, D.C., last February for the Conference of the American Armies transfer ceremony where U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen.
