Jorge Céliz, Peruvian Army commanding general, visited Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston March 26-27 to engage U.S. Army medical and maneuver centers to advance interoperability during Peruvian Army transformation. During his visit, he was able to see the educational capabilities provided by Brooke Army Medical Center, the Center of the Intrepid and many others.
