As the deputy director of the 12th Services Division, Captain Ferguson managed $14 million in non-appropriated funds, $3 million in appropriated funds and 550 employees. His leadership directly contributed to Services' win of the 2007 Gen. Curtis E. LeMay Award and the 2007 Air Education and Training Command Inns of Excellence Award.

He also obtained $550,000 in command lodging funds and renovated 99 rooms, helping to ensure Randolph remains the "Showplace of the Air Force." In his spare time, Captain Ferguson was the assistant coach for a youth softball team and a mentor at Paschal Elementary. He was also a member of the Company Grade Officers' Council and the 12th Services Booster Club president.

Tech. Sgt. Autry Fontenot of the 12th Security Forces Squadron is the NCO of the Quarter. As a security forces instructor, Sergeant Fontenot improved seven unit programs, leading the way to 12th SFS's selection as AETC's Best Medium Sized Security Forces unit. He created a combat skills training course for Security Forces, producing combat-ready warriors and reducing follow-on Army training downrange by 50 percent.

He also attended a 24-hour Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigator Course, learning new law enforcement skills that he will apply to his work with 12th SFS. In his spare time, he served as squadron treasurer and volunteered over 50 hours as a Coach for the Spurs Drug-Free Basketball Boys League at Adams Hill Elementary.
