Sergeant Lilley Honored
Lt. Gen. Thomas Owen, Aeronautical Systems Center commander, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, and Staff Sgt. Scott Lilley, a security forces specialist with the 343rd Training Squadron, display his retirement certificate. General Owen officiated over Sergeant Lilley's retirement ceremony Dec. 2 at the Gateway Club. Sergeant Lilley, who medically retired after 11 years of active duty service, was seriously wounded in April 2007, while assigned to train local police forces in Iraq.
