JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –
On Saturday night, July 11, emergency responders from the Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Fire Department responded to a severe flash flood incident on Hall Street involving a trapped vehicle.
The individual was declared deceased on the scene. The identity of the individual is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
